Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Monday - Friday.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Francesca Z Designs does not ship orders on national holidays.

    All returns must be authorized by Francesca Z Designs via email at francescazdesigns@gmail.com.  Return requests must be made within ten days from receipt of delivery.
