Shipping Policy:

All Domestic orders is $10.00 plus additional fees for larger orders. International fees vary depending on the country’s tax charges. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Monday - Friday.  These rings are made-to-order.  May take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Francesca Z Designs does not ship orders on national holidays.

Return Policy:

All returns must be authorized by Francesca Z Designs via email at francescazdesigns@gmail.com. Return requests must be made within ten days from receipt of delivery. Please contact Francesca Z Designs for repair requests.  Please note Francesca Z Designs is handmade therefore slight irregularities may occur.
